The Collingwood and Blue Mountain area real estate market is currently undergoing rapid growth. Nowhere is this growth more prevalent than in the often confusing condominium marketplace. The Southern Georgian Bay area offers a wide range of condominium options and styles to choose from entry level units in the low $100,000 range in Collingwood developments such as Cranberry Resort, mid-range priced units at Lighthouse Point, Tanglewood, Dockside Village and others all the way up to lavish waterfront condominium residences at Mariners Haven. In the Blue Mountains choices and prices are just as varied with slopeside units available in the Blue Mountain Village, golf courses residences at the Georgian Bay Club and townhouse or apartment style condo properties a short drive away in the quaint village of Thornbury.
